Bio
Under the leadership of Head Coach Bronc Fleming in his second year, the Western Texas College golf programs continued their tradition on the national stage during the 2024–2025 season.
The WTC men’s team capped off a standout year ranked 8th in the nation, highlighted by a victory at the Thunderbird Invitational and runner-up finishes at both the NJCAA National Preview and the Waco River Classic. The team earned a berth to the NJCAA National Championship, where they posted a strong 11th-place finish, affirming their position among the top programs in the country.
On the women’s side, Coach Fleming guided the team to a tournament victory at the WBU-hosted Chicken Express Classic. The season was also marked by individual success, with freshman Wildah Jarestam of Sweden qualifying for the NJCAA Women’s National Championship as an individual.
