Blake,Baker and Sheppy Lead WTC at Stan Scott Invitational
Lubbock, TX — The incoming storm did not stop the Western Texas College track and field teams from traveling to Lubbock to compete in the Stan Scott Invitational, hosted by Texas Tech. The meet featured strong competition from NCAA Division I and II, NJCAA, and NAIA programs.
Despite the high-level field, the Westerners turned in several solid performances across the sprints and middle-distance events.21 personal records, four new national qualifiers, one season best, and five Top-8 finishes
