Bio

Daniel Hoskins enters his second season as Head Coach,after leading the Westerners to a Region 5 Championship in his first year.Hoskins brings a global perspective to the team. Prior to joining WTC, he served as the Head of Scouting and Data Analytics for Gimnàstic de Tarragona, a third-division professional club in Spain

Appointed in the spring of 2025,Hoskins' career spans various roles in soccer, including coaching, scouting, and sporting directorship. He has worked within multiple academy and professional structures in the United States, having previously been involved with US Club Soccer, NPSL, USL, and MLS. Additionally, he has served as a scout and football consultant in South America and throughout Europe.

In addition to his extensive coaching experience, Hoskins holds a degree in Paralegal Studies and has been with TOVO Academy Barcelona since its inception in 2016, further enhancing his expertise in soccer development.

In his first season at WTC, Hoskins led the program to a championship, with Renson Sayers, Brian Garcia, Philipp Federer, and Myles Taylor earning All-Conference and All-Region honors, and Brian Garcia named Tournament MVP.

At WTC, Hoskins is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, fostering a competitive and supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and academic success. His diverse background and dedication to the sport position him to lead the Westerners to new heights.
