Bio

 

 Justin Davis was named the Head Coach of the Western Texas College baseball program in fall of 2024. Prior to the announcement, in the summer Davis was promoted to Associate Head Coach of Westerners baseball. 

Davis has been with the program since the 2018 season as an assistant coach. During his time as an assistant coach, he served as the pitching coach for the team. He also assisted in training the offensive and outfielders. For six years, he worked as the recruiting coordinator for the program. His success has seen 50+ student-athletes transfer to the NCAA level. 

In 2016, Davis played collegiate baseball at East Central Oklahoma University and majored in Kinesiology at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, he was a 3-year letterman at Huntsville High School. There, he led the Hornets to a District Championship and earned First-Team All-District honors as a pitcher. Davis holds the all-time wins record for a pitcher at Huntsville High School that stands to this day. He won 26 games over a three period at the high school.
